Paper is where it's at, just say'n. :)
lol. Controlled content, like Google Maps - just saying, is fine. Unfortunately there’s little or no control over YouTube content. Great if you want to compare two coffee makers, maybe less so if you need your brakes to work.

Sometimes you get lucky. I’ve been pretty fortunate to find what I’m looking for most of the time. You usually know within the first couple of minutes of the first few videos that appear on your search if you’re going to hit gold.

Yeah!
I’m learning!
And geeking!

I am properly pickeled right now!

Even though I am going through pooey electrical.
This thing just makes me cuddly feeling!

There has been this random no response when I go to turn the car on. It had happened about 3 times since I have been driving it. Mess around, on/off, on/off and then the SwitchPro on my dash lights up and I am able to start the car. Ran a bunch of the starting stuff through said Swichpro. Finally when I was about 40 mins away and after having been at work, the thing would not start. Would not power up. Ugh! Had to get it towed and now what the heck. The gentleman who did the wireing came over in the AM and asked if I had tried to start it that morning…. Starts right up!!

So I had bought the SwtchPro so long ago to enable to make the dash and figure out where the computer would fit under the dash. Once done just put it in the shelf until the day would come for wiering.

Decided to pull out the computer and send it back to the company to have them test it.

Turns out that they could replicate the problem and the it had a faulty power module. But now it was out of warranty and would now cost an extra $330 to get it fixed. Found the problem si I was happy it wasn’t some mystery problem, but now had to pay $ :(

I decided to plead my case w SwitchPro. Talked about the build, only 1000miles on it, pictures, and hopes that perhaps they would extend the warranty for my particular case.

They did! It’s on its way back now free of charge! Natalie is the bomb.
Longtime back I sent back some wiering to them to have them shorten it. Asked the cost. They had already sent it back shortened for free.

I am onboard with SwitchPro! Killer product coupled with killer service. They are gonna be around for a longtime.

NICE! For the price, thats awesome they stand behind their products like that. Lots of trophy trucks, baja rigs, side by sides and hot rods use Switch Pros as their main ignition power, so that's not uncommon. Glad they worked it out for you...

I TOO HATE RANDOM ELECTRICAL GREMLINS!!!

So spring a leak on my rear inner hub. Yucky yucky yucky clean up project, but why with no more than a 1000 miles did it poop!

I rebuilt these guys waaaaaaaaay back. Did the normal for me. Watched a couple youbtube videos to review and went to work. Now one is leaking! What gives?!

Did some reviewing with these guys.

When I pulled the hub off it was obviously marred. But why?

The video I had settled on showed putting these guys in like this.

Now I find out that they go in like this.

Pooey!
At least it is getting fixed now.

So do I pull off the non leaking side or wait till it leaks.

Pulled that bastard off and it was completely dry in side the drum, but the inside of the wheel hub looked like

A ticking greazi time bomb!
Glad I pulled it!
As simple as it sounds, you have to get the seal facing the right direction!!!
I remember when I went to replace the seal btwn tranny and t-case, the FSM picture did not show the proper orientation. Boo...
