After a morning trip to the zoo with the fam- threw on the OEM sliders for the 4Runner. These are nice. Real easy install- took an hour and a one banana job.
Also got a matching spare 32" C-rated K02 mounted and installed this week.
And picked up a sidewall patch kit to complete my tire equipment. Now I've got compressor, tire plugs, sidewall patches, extra valve stems, extra valve cores and a valve tool (thanks to @landwagon for the reminder and savin' my ass last month when one of my valve cores fell out after using my ARB deflator). Am I missing anything for tire repairs in the field?

Nah... that's a good idea too. I suppose in that case I'd want to throw some dish soap in the bag too and a sew up kit and an inner tube or two? That would cover all bases, but seems a bit overboard- I think?
I do here at home, but I mostly use them as hammers.
Just watched the video in your post. Are there 2 fillers behind the gas cap? Like you stick the nozzle in one, fill it and then switch the nozzle over to the second filler hole?
Yep. The one to the rear is for the auxiliary tank. The one to the front is the main fill. The gas you see is being pumped from the auxiliary to the main fill.
I replaced the rear hubs on the Quadrasteer Suburban. These things are pure beef. 1.5 inch diameter axle shaft, Dana 60.
They are a 3/4 ton truck chassis.
Rebuilt my retaining wall. Took me and my dad 2 days to get it done. This was one of the jobs I used to justify the tractor purchase with my wife. I was quoted $6k to do the job a few years ago when lumber wasn't stupid expensive. I spent $2k in materials so $4k to the positive.

I replaced the PS door handle on the 40. It amazes me these kind of parts are still available from any dealer. Works like new again.
With the help of @TRFCSUX, @Tikicruiser, Riley, and kind of from @Skrewball, Jack's 40 got a new suspension, new wheels and tires, and new shocks.

My 40 is (over)due for new tires. One won't even hold air for more than a couple of days. Thinking about going the super-cheap route with GY Wrangler Trailrunner AT in 235/75-15. They're under $130 per with $80 rebate. So that should be under 7 bills for all five. I'd love to go BFG or Toyo, but finding it hard to justify it on a truck that gets driven a few times a year.
A few guys down south have gone the Buckshot route when deals have popped up for new tires (they're pretty inexpensive to begin with). They seem happy. You might get a more appropriate look for a 40 that way over the GY's. I'm also trying to remember what a couple guys did by going with the cheapie P- or Q- or N-size tires...
