But folks Are saying this on mud too... the GX radiators have a design flaw and tend to seep coolant at the corners. The denso replacement has a slightly different design to relieve pressure there. My understanding is that from the factory its a different radiator than on the other 2uz toyotas or in any case is prone to failure.
And its not just the 120 series... it looks like the 200 has this issue as well.

The GX radiators are definitely leak prone. We don't see many GX's but I think I've done leaking radiators on all of them.
Hmm is that a different rad than on the LX? Same engine, right, the 4.7 V8?

Finally gonna be able to do tires and wheels in house. Working on getting it plumbed in and calibrated😀

What size tire can it handle?

Yup my had a leak at the tank seam around the top. I had it done at 90k with the TB and WP. The crank seal was also weeping very slightly so that was done too.

Yup 200s tend to go anywhere between 120-150k, at least the old radiator numbers did. Get a fracture line crack at the top to let you know its starting to go.

Replacing the tweaked front axle and drum brakes, and spring bushings and pins on the Yota toter.
