Both. Memories of dust, Savannah’s, wildebeast, lions, hyenas, giraffe, spring bock, oryks, etc. sometimes the big cats climb into the truck bed and hang. Some trucks had the arb style bumper with a seat attached for the scout.
 
I kind of want to patina my front bezel, but I don’t know how much I should do, if I even do it at all. I either want to do one of these:

Opinions? Is rusting my bezel and then protecting it not right? I kind of like the orange bezel look
 
I’m using acetone and purple scotchbrite pads. It’s a long process.

Great job! i am about to dive into my patina project (still sitting in NJ) aptly named "Tina" the interior is the first color to remove, and I may just try what you used. What grit Scotchbrite pad did you use?
