Imagine horse drawn carriages/wagons through that terrain! It's a wonder the West ever got populated from the East. I can't help thinking about that sort of thing whenever we've gone west.
 
Not enough cell service for that. We are luck to get this. We have probably taken a 1000 photos and videos. Most are in the gopros and my dslr. Will have to wait till we have some time to get in front of the laptop. Right now we are in the cruisers, eating and sleeping. No down time.

Really roughing it tonight in Lake City!!! It is well deserved after freezing our asses off last night camped at Mirror lake 11'500ft, it rained, it hailed, then rained, then hailed, and I believe we finished up with a little snow.... Colorado at its best :grinpimp:

Snowed on us today on top of Pikes Peak. Was 75 and sunny at the entrance gate...
