Have a fax machine/printer/ scanner I need to get rid of. It's meant for a business, never been used, still in the box.
My dad bought it some years back for their business that fell through. No plans of trying again or need for it. Figured I'd ask here first before taking it to good will or something

Goodwill is a business, not a charity. Take it someplace like Salvation Army or Habitat Restore.

x2 Do a little research and you will never consider using Goodwill again.

I've always gone to salvation army for donating anything. Grew up using them interchangeably. I didn't know they weren't the same until I saw a good will store and saw it looked nothing like a salvation army

I’ll say that some goodwill stores, like those in up$cale banking towns, are definitely more nicer than others. Prices are usually still low but that arrangement attracts a lot of young trophy hausfraus and moves a lot of merch. Now, what they do with the income is not anything I know.

I usually end up donating most stuff instead of trying to sell it. It kind of sucks that someone else might profit from my charity but at least it’s not going to a landfill just yet.

There’s a website or two that tracks charitable organizations and ranks them based on what they take in vs put out. Some of the executive’s salaries will shock you.

Side note: Sarah killed her NRA membership a long time ago when she determined that the postage amount of solicitation mail she got, combined with the magazine, equaled or exceeded the dollar amount of an annual membership. I couldn’t blame her. She attempted to opt out of any mailings but that was unsuccessful for multiple years in a row.

Hey all, my brother needs to buy an SUV this weekend. He’s not loyal to a brand. Under $10k. He’ll be commuting from NOVA to UVA for a year. Not looking for model recommendations here, just putting the word out to see what y’all might know of. Time is of the essence.

Please PM me any responses or call/text me if you have my number.

Problem solved

That's killed a number of memberships for me. The magazines, the solicitations, the endless phone calls and emails asking for more money, and then the salaries for the executives eat up entirely too much of the money available to actually do some good.

Fzj80 wheels and tires for sale. Will consider trade for certain Toyota 17’s.

Guys, just pause to think about where our current Constitutional rights would be today if organizations such as these had not been funded well enough to advocate effectively on behalf of all citizens. Pulling your support reduces our strength in numbers and is exactly what the anti's want you to do. Please think about that.

I put the LX470 up for trade/sale. If anyone is looking for one. Trade or trade plus cash is an option and I'm fairly open. I need something smaller that fits in the garage at work and gets respectable fuel mileage. Lots of pics in the link.
