Riders have to pay as well?

$50 land use for driver or pass in a vehicle on the trails for the weekend

I kind of misled you on my earlier statement. I was in a confused state, I was thinking of CLCC Registration. You pay the Cove for the usage. The CLCC only charges the driver for insurance, a shirt, and a driver raffle prize.

Riders have to pay the Cove's land use fee, but do not have to pay for camping...
EDIT: This is incorrect. See below.
$0 to hang out in camp and not ride as pass in vehicle
$50 land use for driver or pass in a vehicle on the trails for the weekend

I will add this to the event information page as well.
These should be in the "Spotted!" thread...

Incorrect. They have to pay the $20 per day camping fee and the $50 land use fee. Sorry fellas.

That was not supposed to be part of that reply... It was left over from a post I started and thought I deleted.

If you are not riding as a passenger and are just going to camp, you do not have to pay the land use fee. Just the camping fee. Is what I was going to say.

So then if I bring a friend how does he pay the passenger fee/camping fee? I paid for myself and an extra shirt already but didn't see any options to pay those.

These are two separate operations, one online with CLCC and another in person with the proprietors of the Cove.
1. You register for the event as a driver and you can bring as many people as you want as far as CLCC is concerned.

2. Your transaction with the Cove is separate and distinct. That is where you guys will walk into the office and pay the camping and land use fees.

I hope that makes sense.

That makes perfect sense. Thanks for the clarification!

an open TLCA event is for Toyota rigs only or can other brand rigs register and come?

Didn't want to clutter Keystone Cruisers thread on this topic so i'll repost what I had there :flipoff2:

I want to make this but I don't know if i'll get a replacement engine swapped into my truck in time.

Is there the possibility of driving my es300 with my camping equipment to set up at camp, parking it and then riding along the trails as a passenger?
I'd likely only be able to be there Friday afternoon-Saturday evening.
