Our apologies. The registration site was temporarily down do to exceeding our "quota" of something or other. I don't really know what that means, but I can tell you it won't happen again.
Continue to register.
We are off to a great start!
33 people registered to date. That leaves 52 slots available.
Don't wait until the last minute, or you might miss out.

@CatskillsRunner is registered. I am still unsure of my attendance due to my travel schedule. I'll know more in the coming weeks.
If I could PM you, I would. But you have a special account so I can't. :poof::poof:
Hint: @Onur PM me...

Those who have registered to date should have received a registration confirmation email today.
I think I've figured out this response email thing, so everyone who registers from here on out should receive an email confirming their event registration. Check your spam/junk box as well.

35 registered so far, which leaves 50 slots up for grabs.

Cheers

Are passengers free?

They are free as far as event registration goes. You can bring as many people as you want.

HOWEVER, passenger are subject to the following fees:

$0 to hang out in camp and not ride as pass in vehicle
$50 land use for driver or pass in a vehicle on the trails for the weekend

I will add this to the event information page as well.

A friendly heads-up: I posted the event to several Toyota 4x4 groups and pages on The Book of Face and in a few off-road forums.
I have no idea how many registrants we'll get as a result, but there are "only" 50 spots left, so I encourage you to register soon, if you plan to come up and experience some great Virginia wheeling in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains in Western Virginia during one of the most beautiful times of the year.

Friday bump!
We have 44 spots left.
That's 41 spots filled in the first nine days of registration.
If we keep up this pace, registration will be full by the end of August. All the more reason to register ASAP and secure your spot!

Registered... and plan to bring the family. My 200 is not necessarily rock crawling just yet... if I am a driver, and paid that fee, if I ride with someone else, do I have to pay a passenger fee?

You'll have trails to take you're 200 on.
Just get your sliders in time as a safety. I'll be wheeling mine and I'm still stock

@Boomstick you will not have to pay to be a rider if you payed to be a driver.

In for the win. Registered.
Do we have to register / reserve something at The Cove? Or can we just do that when we show up that Thursday evening?

We have reserved the campground at the Cove. Show up, tell them who you are with.
