I'm sure you're on it, but you should really replace that front timing cover gasket, oil pan gasket and rear main while you have the motor out. You will kick yourself later if you don't -

Thanks Tucker!! I am def. going to do all of those.... I had debated the timing cover just because it is a PITA, but as you said I know it will come back to haunt me later.
Anyone got any good tips for removing the crank shaft nut/pulley? Unlike the last one I did on my old '77 this one isn't a nut holding on the crank pully rather a solid unit.......

everything for the front drivers side door handles, axle caps and bolts, ignition / key. I know there going to a great project. I have givin alot of thought as to what I would have to charge you for these rare and hard to find parts
I know you have explained to your Dad that building these Cruiser we sometimes have to make a sacrifice in order to make our dream come alive. So here the deal pay for shipping and promise me 9 pictures ( of my choice ) 3 of you working on the LV, 3 of your Dad working on the LV, 1 each driving the LV and when its completed a picture of the both of you standing together.
