Beater bike, 31 years old, drug up waterfalls with a rope, old-school, been-everywhere…just like my 40.😉

Yea, dunno about all y'all, but my bike rides inside with me. I have a Kuat Rack if I have to bring more than 2, but that's pretty rare. It does survive a moderate amount of 4x4, like Gold Lake OHV trail a couple times.

part two of my circus hauler. i have three 1Up racks on my trailer. now i assembled the hitch rack i will use when it’s just my wife and i or one child and myself. that way i don’t have to haul the trailer. picking up a new fat bike for my kids tomorrow! i used the roof mount racks on the hitch rack though as i intend to build a mount for my trailer tongue that i can put these on when i need to haul all five. that’ll let me still open my swing out

How are you 1Up guys using the rack with the swing outs? I have a slee swing out bumper and it will not clear at all.

made a hitch extension so that it clears. i still can’t open the swing out with bikes on it though. some guys make a custom swing arm that the rack goes on so the bikes move with the swing out arms. maybe some day but i have too many other things to finish first!

something like this but i made mine for free out of metal i had lying around.

for now when i use my trailer i can open the swing outs so that’s good enough for when i travel any real distance

I bought one of these from harbor freight today for I think $23. The weld quality is poor but it’ll do the trick.

HD 1up and a medium RakAttach. It fits my 100 millimeter perfect in every configuration. However, the RakAttach weighs a ton, destroys the departure angle, is an extra link that allows the whole thing to wobble a bit and is too close to the exhaust which severely melted the composite slide on my first long drive. 1up sent me a new slide and hardware free of charge so I fabbed up a quick aluminium shield that protects the slide perfectly. Planning on raising the receiver 2” to help the angle and not doing anything crazy when the rack is on. I’m trying to avoid hanging the spare out back at all costs.

that’s a killer idea. we’ll done!

I have the Super Duty 1up and dont feel confident in its ability to hold the weight of am ebike (Giant Trance ePro) offroad. Added an additional support bar with quickfist to limit some of the sway. Hopefully I will get to test it out soon on some light trails.

Need some more pictures of this!
Fabricator added a 2nd receiver to his cooler rack plate/bracket...1 for the cooler rack and 1 for my bikes, so they swing out of the way with the cooler for easy access to the cargo area.

Didn't get a pick of all them loaded, but I hauled my Wed. night crew up the hill this week. 8 bikes and 8 people in the 80. Had three bikes on the front 'hang 5' rack (belongs to one of the other guys) and 5 bikes on the back Velocirax (belongs to another friend). I really like the Velocirax.
