Odered the H1. Any chance you can publish a complete list of what's needed from TRS to install?

You won't need shrouds since you reuse the factory shrouds. Get the updated bulb holders that eliminate the shimming sometimes needed to properly align the bulbs in the projector. I attached my order. Use "TRSHJ" code for 10% off.

Any recs on what tint for the bulbs? 4500k or something else. Want to stay pretty close to stock, don't like the super blue tints. I need to get replacement bulbs for my high beams as well. Got a finicky ps high beam. I'm gonna replace them too.

Yeah, stick with 4500k for white.

FYI, I'm working on a install guide and will share some of the short cuts I've figured out. I haven't even finished my own lights but driving around last night with the Mini H1's installed was a real treat.

Spent the afternoon and evening getting the brackets ready and should ship Monday or Tuesday at the lastest
I did not have time to test the D2S but should have that finished tomorrow

They are good to go and are behind the shroud so you won't see them

I have decided to ship the brackets without the attachment point mounted. It allows me to ship them in the small flat rate box but I've included the stainless hardware and the ball snaps

I'm in need of some new headlights (the entire housing because my front plastic covers are cracking) and figured this would be an opportune time to ask whether I can order the D2S 4.0 pre-built from you in the headlight housings?

I'd also like to install the bi-xenon's in the high-beam slot like you mentioned and have quad low-beams and quad high-beams. Is there any way I can order those from you pre-built as well?

It's something I'm considering, keep in mind I'm pretty much a newbie at the retrofit process.. there are companies out there like Lightwertz
who can do this in their sleep. I have a call into them about the cost to retrofit a few brand new light housing
