@jamesurq My hesitation to commit to the potluck has a lot to do with the lack of electricity to be able to keep things warm or warm up cold food. Is someone going to set up the generator specifically to plug in crockpots and such? I can't see trying to keep large pots of food heated up with my old coleman stove. Maybe it's just me. I guess I'm a little confused about how the potluck will work at group camp where there is not an ideal place to set one up. What's the plan?

Good Question... I was also contemplating bringing something, but had the same questions in my mind. I'll be in the camper, but only have solar panels to run the AC inverter.
My plan was to keep it simmering till it’s time to eat. I Was planning on cooking it with a propane stove like most of the meals I make camping. As far as where we’d set it up it would likely be where we generally eat. In the campfire area on the right as you drive in. Perhaps a few people can bring extra tables but in general we should have some.
If we think it makes sense to run power, theres an outlet we can use for a few crockpots. Or we can grab a generator.
There’s grills and fires to cook with too. Maybe we can get a few chafing dishes and throw some hot coals below them.
I could probably stand under the cruiser. The line is to climb the wall on the right. It was a pain to climb it without the winch. Drivers front tire kept wanting to climb in the air and would of been on my side. But once I got it up on the wall it was slow and steady crawling.
I'm putting together a brief pamphlet that talks about the club history and some interesting facts about the club as a handout for Logan's Run. I've also been given a story that was written about Logan that will be included. If you have some thoughts to share, a story, or just some words that you'd like to add about Logan or the club in general, please send me a message. I'd love to include it in the document. Please include the name you'd like the quote to be from (or I'm using your screen name)
