Threw the wiper motor on because I found it in a box.

Love the work and progress. The last picture with the fan installed surprised me with the forward swept tip contours of the blades. Looks like an interesting design solution. Maybe your future pictures with fan and shroud installed will reveal more as to why.Compressor from @orangefj45 (THANK YOU) in place with shiny new bolts (88899-60080).

Because this euro FTE had a viscous heater, it needs a new idler pulley bracket (88444-60120), 4 groove pulley (88440-60060), and 1240mm 4 groove belt (99364-31240).
It pleases me to no end that the last 4 digits of the belt P/N are its length.
Plastic alternator terminal cap (82823-22050) has also been ordered.
We are making progress. Radiator tomorrow.

Haha, not likely.Awesome work! Looks like you will have an empty shop when you are done. It’s nice to find stash surprises!
Ian, everyone’s hose is too short…Haha, not likely.
@bottombracket bummer about your hose being too short…
Is that an oem power steering reservoir? Bracket looks a little different to the one on my 79. Mine is forever weeping, can only seem to find new 100 series style ones here in NZ.
Reservoir too high
Finger points to empty hole
Bolts hold lateral.
So a hzj79 res would be an option for mine then since I have the 3rd forward facing bolt position
44412-04010 should work for that hose. Proper ID and OD. It will fit the tube correctly and the factory clamps will have more bite.My dang hose was too short. Life problems.
Generic 3/8” power steering hose from Advance solved the problem. At least I used OEM clamps (90466-16002).

Routing complete. Popped a quart of Dex/Merc in and no leaks.

There great, but he’s drilling both hole inline and there spaced apart. What he’s using is perfect for the job.My suggestion would’ve been a step bit.
I may or may not have been a small or medium part of this endeavor. Allegedly.@RevISK - I killed my 3/8” drill with a step bit and nearly chucked both of them toward the creek
