Whew. Done.
This pig popped so nice. This makes me happy.
Roof got a second coat of Penetrol as did all the bare metal around the truck.
Tomorrow I’ll start clearing out the interior giving it a deep clean to see what all needs to be repaired on the floor.

I’ve been hearing rumors about this slick pig that showed up at Nolen’s. @frismanis you are in good hands with this project and its going to look amazing when its finished. Never met a guy so talented in preserving an old cruiser. He won’t steer you wrong. Looking forward to watching this develop.
I wouldn't have believed you if you told me this when I first met him back in '02, but in the meantime I've come to trust his work, which is why I couldn't pass up the opportunity when he offered to take on this project.

The truck has the well known mouse Pee smell so there was no surprise that I dug out a carcass on the first panel that I removed.

Fiberglass insulation works but it gives critters a nice excuse to make a bed.

Yes. I did not press the 2F issue but the new owners want to make this old pig Toyota again which makes me very happy

I spent the afternoon cleaning the cargo area. Deep clean. Mirror tint removal. Tomorrow I will line the sides and treat the rust and fix the pinholes
