Went on a road trip for our 20th wedding anniversary. Headed up to Moab for a couple nights of mosquito infested camping, but saw some pretty incredible sights. Checked out the Kane Creek area a bit. The Onion Creek road was way more of an adventure than what I expected it to be, eventually winding us up to somewhere around 11,000ft elevation on the western end of the La Sal mountains.

Then we headed into Colorado, first to GJ, then south to Ouray. Stayed at the Twin Peaks Lodge and Hot Springs for two nights. Highly recommend.

Left Ouray and hit Silverton, then down to Durango for a night, then home.

Found a 55 in Durango along with several 40’s (only able to get a pic of one). Then got a pic of this Galaxy in Cortez for Bobby

You guys are heading to Colorado? It’s prime time up there. Tons of snow still on the mountains with lots of creeks, streams, and waterfalls flowing!

We're going through Co. on the way to the Pig Party. I'm not sure of the final route, but the first main stop is Muley Point in Utah.

We'll hit 58 years in August, plus another five of "practice" beforehand. "Most of 'em happy, most of 'em together" as some friends from Texas say. Some with that much time in grade will understand.
