Dan, I've met your sister but I don't believe I've ever met you. It'll be good to put a face to the name! Tim (Scully) has talked about you a little and we live on the same property. But he's not here much. In fact, I'm about to take him to the airport so he can fly to Greenville. :)

Yep, flying into Nashville and driving with the TennesseeSquires. Very VERY excited!!!
Larry, is Melissa going? I would love to see her, too. She's gotta be, what, almost 16 now? I think she was about 10 last time I saw her.

Mo,
Your memory is spot on. Melissa is 15 now and has her learners permit. Regrettably, she will not be coming with this year. She has reviews for finals that week. Currently, she is tied for number one in the magnet program for her class and is determined to push into a clear lead so no slacking on prep for finals.

My hope is to convince Samantha to come along. She graduates from UGA the Friday before GSMTR, so she will deserve a small graduation trip and decompression time before jumping into the work grind.

As the largest TLCA chapter in the event region, the GA registration numbers are interestingly low.

I'm only counting 64 total. Still seems a little low for only being a month out... Is there usually a big push at the end?

(GA has def picked it up, FL a close second)

30 days until GSMTR, if you have not registered yet it’s time so you don’t miss a great event. You can register at GSMTR 2012 | Celebrating 21 Years!.
We did a pre-run at Golden Mountain this weekend and the trails awesome and the park is working to make sure everything is ready for you all to have a great time. All the bunk house rooms are booked but there are 5 RV spots left, they are controlled by the park so you will have to go to Golden Mountain Park - Official site for Golden Mountain Park in Sparta, TN to book your space.
Hope to see ya there

It was roughly the same #'s for UC last year. The next few weeks will see more, and there will be a big push the week before as folks' schedules solidify. We had a fair amount that just registered on-site despite the carrot hanging of free raffle tix with online registration.

What was the total # registered last year? Its a real pita to plan a meal (not to mention refreshment;)) when you dont know how many people are going to show.(hint-hint,nudge-nudge)

According to my spreadsheet, we had 110 pre-registered including sponsors. Not sure on the onsite registrations, but I seem to remember it was around 30-40. These numbers do not reflect total attendees, i.e., passengers/family. Another statistic for you...we ordered 150 t-shirts based on pre-registration and sold out. Our second run of shirts was for 25 more.

Registered, See ya'll up in Sparta.

2 kegs Friday and 2 Saturday. Get something like Budweiser and then something good. People didn't drink as much of the good stuff as they did the regular stuff. Also might want to chain the kegs down. The FL crew is back this year.

Also bring some shrink wrap for your diffs. When they get drunk they won't notice you have shrinkwrap on it and the pink paint will be easy to remove.
