24 hours in a tank of Zepp Purple and everything came off with a swipe or two in the parts washer.

I’ll pressure wash it and it will get some fresh paint

I’m going with your brake formula. Non ABS 80 master, JTO spacer and discs on all 4 corners. No prop valve.

My trust is in you. Only difference is the rear of the LPB is lighter.

Make sure to use the 4Runer front calipers. They have the largest bores which make the prop valve unnecessary.

Things slow down when you get to the front.
One thing I always do is swap ends with the 3rd members. The fronts likely have less than 1% of the wear on them as fronts as they only turn while in 4WD.

RTV and no paper gasket. They suck no matter how clean you get the surfaces.

Metric Overland nuts. I reused my old washers. The ones they sent distorted when I tightened the nuts like i do...tight as hell.

I may or may not have used two different brands of #2 grease. I’ll make sure to let Mud know if my front end seizes up due to such neglect

Put your races in the freezer to shrink them up a bit to make them smack in easier.

Both ends are getting new pinion seal and flanges that are still on the way.

Funny, I have 1979 FJ55 axles on my 1967 FJ45 frame off project also. Went with the TSM rear brake kit, anxious to see how yours all works out.
Mine just has more dust.
