Rourke Supply is a great source for the flapdiscs. Buying the $13 Home Depot specials gets old real quickly.

I did too, but they were not even. I plan on using lizard skin and wanted it smooth

Home Depot 3m fiberglass mat on the topside, the bottom side has the mat, then one more layer of woven to smooth it out. Not sure on the exact weight, but it is really heavy now, probably too heavy
