Yeah man, I really needed to take a step back and think things through. I plan on slowly working on small things with it as I'm waiting on parts for my 40. It is a massive project and I need a break. But rest assured I will keep it moving along
 
Spent lots of month in the 379EAMXS. While your in tool crib grab a metal garbage can lid so we can do a radar check...

So I completely have ADD, as I have had my FJ40 for 6 years and am still building it. But this is such a great project, I’m really hoping a Ritalin rage will get this thing going again. This thread is super motivating, makes me keep getting off my fat ass and work on my Green goblin!

I'm not adding mine to the list! (I hope!) Is it a new virus?

Also, that's a very good price, I have more in parts receipts than that and my engine trans axles and frame were net zero.

Thread 'Extended cab 45 SWB from a 40'

I have been working on this for about 8 months now, so probably time to start a build thread.

Started with this:


Didn't feel too bad cutting it in half


Half a 40 tub is not too bad to move around by yourself


Going to put in another 5.3 chevy motor...fabbed everything with a 4L60 but I'm going to use a 6L80...
