I would flush the cooling system completely and put one or the other back in. Green is certainly more readily available at 3 in the morning from Walmart. I run green in mine.

I have a brake booster in stock if you need one.

Hmm, well I read thru the FSM and a few threads and none seem to mention this brake line that runs from the ABS actuator and over the booster. This needs to be out of the way in order to remove/replace the booster. Am I missing something?

Well I just said F it. That line needed to come out. Removed it and the booster came right out.

It arrived at 3:00pm, I started tearing everything apart at 3:00:01

Just finished up now. Taking it out was a bitch until I decided to just remove the master. Then its cake. Spent the past 45mins bleeding the brakes. Its super sponge but that may be because its time to replace the brakes.

Mine was a huge pain to bleed. Don't forget to bleed the LSPV if you still have it.

Smog check passed with flying colors. Gave me a hard time about the ScanGauge and not having the CARB sticker for the SC. I guess I should get on that.

gotcha, you never know with CA smog, they come up with some zany crap, I thought maybe just the visual of the scanguage being there would be a violation, I hate the smog laws here so much......

Oh I panicked because I should have remembered to remove it first. The smog guy gave me the stink eye and was not happy about it being there.
