Did you learn of other alternative options?

To be honest no. I have everything to pimp out my existing seats except the leather. I've been holding for a long time because I was looking for an improvement. These seats, IMHO, are not the most comfortable. I just need to spend some time at junk yards.

Not LX470, it's too wide. GX470 or GX460. I know my GX had heat and cool, but I don't know if it was year specific?

I've been looking for a way to get both heating and cooling in a seat. 470 didn't offer cooling, what about the GX?

Starting with the 2010 GX460... I'm currently on the hunted for 2013 GS350 seats.... Would love to find a totaled GS with the Luxury package and get the 16 way seats.... There can't be a great resale market for used seats .... Anybody know a good source ?

Lou,

There are 2013 GS350, seats at M&M Service and Salvage, in Ruckersville, VA 1-800-533-5099, they want $1000 each. Not sure which ones they are but they say they are 10 way, color code LC20, so black.

The GX460 seats are the bomb, but they mount similar to the FJC seats, which is also take over OE, and it'd take a bit of fabrication to get either to work.

Side note: the GX and FJC seats appear to be a direct swap.

Went to my local Walmart today to get the oil I needed. Haven't step inside one for a few years. Now I remember why. Ugh. Turns out the Walmart by me doesn't carry the Diesel Truck Mobil 1 any longer. Not even in their system.

Headed over to Pep Boys where they had three 5gal jugs left. Got them all. $30 a pop.

The 10W-40 high mileage car formula is for all intents and purposes, the same, maybe superior since your truck isn't a diesel. I alternate between that and 15W-50 on mine.

So...I got the LANDTANK/AJIK dual washer bottle kit and was looking to install it tonight. I thought it made sense when I was looking at pictures but now that I have everything in front of me its not so clear. I have LANDTANK's Charcoal Canister bracket installed from a year or so ago. So good there. What comes in the kit is two washer bottles, a hose, a fuse panel relay bracket and a few nuts.

Since one of the bottles is really pliable I surmised that maybe its supposed to go inside the fender. I looked behind the fuse box and I can't tell if there is room to position this thing in there. Once its in there, how in the heck to I get it attached to the fender? This part is not clear. I'm hoping it doesn't require removing the fender. :(

Now I am pretty sure I can tell where the large bottle goes according to the pics from the original thread. But the fuse bracket is a little of a mystery. Once moved over will it still all fit inside of the CC bracket? I'm sure its all fine but this looks highly suspect :P

Not sure what I should or should not be removing at this point.

....and then...should I be moving the washer pump over first before bolting anything down or will I have room to add in after everything is bolted down? Extending the wires is cake as are the hoses.
