I’m starting to think all tanks came with dents…maybe a dealer option?

Spent the day getting the Race 45 next to the Pig, My buddy Matt came over and helped with the wiring as I started pulling the throttle body off. The Pig is prepped and moving forward tomorrow getting the Holley EFI installed. Still a lot of work left, fuel pump placement, lines, electrical.

Productive last few days. Got the Holley throttle body installed, Today was getting the pump, filter and lines installed. Pulling the fuel tank on a FJ55 is a PITA LOL I am happy with the way it came together. Next is wiring. I can't wait for this project to be finished so I can take a vacation

Moving forward Need pictures of 55 factory spare tire mounting. Or ideas the bent fuel tank keeps me from getting the hand crank in all the way. I tried flipping the crossmember over

Worked through a few issues today. With the tank bent I cant use the factory hand crank so I built custom crank with an old socket. After having to flip the cross member the spare sits a few inches lower I think it will still be OK on Road Trips. Tomorrow my buddy Matt is coming over to help with the Sniper wiring.
