Awesome!

Those red mini truck hub dials really need to go however.......:flipoff2:

i would like a stronger rear bumper more like the front ARB. The rear I have on it is dented on the short side and I am missing the center
Something like this?
4x4labs70.webp

That's certainly more substantial than the factory version.
Although mine has the structural integrity of a beer can (light beer) it is in excellent shape so I will leave it alone for the time being.

Moderation is a virtue, or so my wife tells me. Also available with spindles/locking bars to mount gas cans, tires, ladder, hi-lift, etc.

I am a newcomer here, but my vote would be for the red hub selectors to go with his shiny new nuts. Red, white and blue - a grand combination.

OK--it's the stupid little things that take all the time......

My fan works great, runs on all the speeds-----but-----no air comes out. I took all the easy vents off, and checked the operations of all the doors. Doesn't matter if it is fresh air or recirculate. no air flow.

I can only assume there was something left in the new AC evap unit--packing materials---who knows. But it has to come back out :(

I took the 74 on a short cruise tonight. EGT at 900 at 60 MPH 6lb boost

Any suggestions on how to get EGT down? running through the gears, it gets up to 14lb boost, 1300 EGT

I am picking up temp in the exhaust manifold

i wouldn't worry about it
but
if you are concerned then crank up the boost, more air, less heat.

I can't entirely remember my temps, but I think cruising on the highway around 70 I'll be at maybe 900F. I think my boost is around 5-8lbs cruising like that. Around town I'll hit maybe 1000-1200F going 0-50mph being pretty heavy on the pedal at around 10-11lbs...I top out at around 12lbs. Not sure if this helps at all. If I get caught at a light the temp will go back down to 300-400F before it goes green. Running 32x9.5 tires.

you can also crank the fuel down just a touch ...
at this point i wouldn't worry about it but if you are uncomfortable then ... definately what ever brings you peace of mind.
congrats on a beautiful build.

I am going to check it out with the stock setup, and then see what the readings are. Maybe just a little paranoid....

I don't know how to turn down the fuel:meh:

Dan guilted me into doing this. He will know from the pics. Blue Cable. I didn't even get as far as the real problem---no fan--but I will get there now.

Dan, the last picture is for you

Was the blue cable disconnected?

The speedo face is brilliant.
