Moving to the aft. Maybe noticed that I run ss screws for all the exposed fasteners. Just like with the chassis all body threads are tapped and treated with anti-sease grease.

When I was doing the chassis and fixing all the broken weld-nuts I decided to upgrade the rear light frame screws to M6. The original M5 are always over tighten and the threads are very weak.
The upgrade works just fine and the regular doughnut head phillips screws fit under the lenses perfectly.

back aft done, yet some M4 nuts remain for holding the license plate
lights. Door cavities of course flooded with fish oil, everywhere greased where needed .. whatta rewarding day..

I’m disappointed you changed the M5 screws to M6 for the rear light frame screws. So much for this restoration... unsubscribing...
