I doused them with silicone spray to help prevent that, but for some reason I like the trim, maybe just a dab of adhesive ie. Silicone may work better.

Baby steps…. Front core support bolted in, antenna mounted, ID plate mounted. I did get my box of 8mm bolts, 6mm’s come next week. Looks good with new bolts.

Well, slow progress, but at least there is progress I guess. I’ve attached a couple photos for verification.

I’m thinking I want to add the charcoal canister back in as it wasn’t there when I purchased it. Does anyone happen to have the hard line that crosses the firewall they like to get rid of?

Let me say upfront that these are not cheap at $245 each but that is what I paid for them. I ordered them by accident from our friend in Yemen for another member that was needing the earlier light assemblies. I already have a pair as backup and have supplied a pair to at least one other...
