1. Year and model: 1996 LC HDJ82 UK spec GS model

5. Mods...if any: Apart from the big spot lights and 16" after market alloys its standard.
6. How the truck is used: Daily driver, occasional light offroading

It has the 3 switchable difflocks as standard ;)

I just got this 24valve TD with manual transmission and cloth seats (very rare in the UK) it only has 149k miles on it and there are no squeaks or rattles :p so I might just keep this one for a while.

Toyota Land Cruiser

1. 94 FZJ80 w/factory e-lockers f/r

5. 5" OME front lift, 4" OME rear lift (J springs)--done by previous owner. Castor not yet corrected, but no vibrations at this point. 17" black Mojave wheels w/35" Toyo MT tires (nearly used up).
6. This is my play truck. I purchased this so I can take my family along or a few friends. Previously had a 95 Toyota Pickup.
--I have only had this rig less than 1 month. I haven't even been able to get it off road to really test it out. I have always wanted a LC. Now, I finally have one, but life just had to get busy!!! :meh:

There are some pics of some clean trucks on here. But what is the deal with the running boards?
There are a lot of them shown here. I do not rock-crawl like some MUD members do, but I would have torn those runners off long ago. They would be endangered in short order. The species would be extinct on my truck in a hurry! Running boards have no place on an off-road truck. If your mother-in-law needs help to get into the truck, buy a stool! She will get over it!

5. Mods...if any: new long block 6.5 V8 Turbo Diesel, 6" Slee, MetalTech custom sliders and front tube bumper, Kaymar rear bumper, Alpine Stereo/12disc changer,/amps/subs, DVD w/ 3 screens

6. How the truck is used: Gonna be my Expedition rig

7. Things to complete: getting the A442f to work with the diesel, sorting out the remaining electrical gremlins from the swap (several I've found so far). Put on some 35" Trxus and add a winch. Later plans: Drawers, Fridge, Long Range Tank...ACT '10

8. Photos from the seller...bought the truck from a guy in Portland in Feb, and then it spent time at MT getting the sliders and tube bumper and then delivered today...
