Not sure which direction is front in that photo but if that is near the rear of the rear driver's door then I don't think so. If that's just above the hinges on the passenger side rear door then possibly. Of course you could always check the threads; 7/16-20 UNF. Here's every combination over the years for NA 55s. There was never a shoulder belt option for the rear; at least not according to this information.
They are all the same, all the way back. For some reason they were never used and they were covered up with the headliner, if I remember right.

the seat belts i removed were lap belts so that makes sense but when i removed the head liner i saw them

moving along. finally got it back from the upholster I decided to go with a green headliner since it would be hard to match the sun visors with the cream headliner I bought. I think they did a wonderful job of matching the rear bench with the front seats and the color looks killer with the black.
now back to the electrical not my fav!!!

i also got some new tires and the grey oem wheels. they look awesome not sure if im going to put the hub caps on or not. i put an extra light in the back similar to the front. not sure how they could see anything with no light back there. put the tuffy center console in and that seems to work well with everything.

Looks great! I vote yes on the hub caps. If yours aren't in good shape they are still available new, and cheap.

more progress it is running now and with no exhaust it is not as loud as I thought it would be. i have a pretty good power steering leak but i think its the camry revisor i put in it from the junk yard the cap is bad I hope. just got it back from the window guy he did wonderful work. I went with a tinted tempered glass in case I do hit a window out in the woods I dont want to ruin my trip. the back window does not want to go up very easily. I dont know if my motor is bad or if the rubber is so tight that its just hard to get up but I need to try and get it more power or really keep lubing up the winder and rubber. If anyone has any thoughts on that I would appreciate it.
other than that still cleaning up the electrical, and looking for someone to do the exhaust and I should be ready to tackle finishing up the bumpers. Just from the first test run its a beast and fun to driver. I can walk next to it in first gear so it should be a climber for sure. Never thought a pig could be a looker but its a head turner!

On the tailgate window, I fought mine for several years. Tried different rubber. Tried lube. Tried new mechanism and motor. I finally removed the rubber in the lower tracks completely…I think it was a recommendation from @jmack …and now my window goes up and down easily. I only drive with the window up so not an issue.
SLO Cruisers has the correct rear window channel for the glass - no drag.
