Anyone know the water pump/pulleys/gaskets part numbers? I'm sure it's in this thread, but trying not to scroll 100 pages

Broke down and ordered the parts, maybe if they sit in my garage for a while I'll work up the courage to tear into it lol

New to the 200 world but I am guessing this needs replacing? Sounds like I better fire up the online ordering. Lol. Also looks like I have some foam to replace.

Yes. I’d replace. Foam comes with the new radiator. At least it did in my 80 series.

Thanks for the input, new rad and parts ordered. Will throw the JB weld patch on until they arrive. This was supposed to be my commuter haha.

It could, but it may not. There is decent propagation to the drivers side, and we typically don’t see the crack propagate much to the passenger side which is happening in this picture.

Based on that I’d say this is a slightly atypical crack, and therefore a patch and replacement asap is a good idea.

Thanks for the input, new rad, hoses, clamps, thermostat, etc ordered. Thanks again for the input.

Well. 2013 with 109k. Finally started seeping from the crack. And under load was spraying a mist. I wasn't playing the lotto here....discovered this thread when I discovered the pink mist under the hood.

I live in Hawaii. Any parts gurus know the best way to not have to go through my toyota dealer on island. They are outrageous with pricing. The standard large toyota dealers on the mainland won't ship here.

I can do the install myself once I get parts in hand. For now I have kwikweld gray on there and hoping I can limp to new parts in hand. Watching it like a hawk for the time being.

Maybe see if there's a local club chapter that has a parts connection?

My repair held until the rest of the plastic on the rad deteriorated. It got crumbly and began to leak everywhere.

You could consider sourcing as much as possible from partsouq, they’re already air shipping, so Hawai’i delivery may not be much more.

The radiator itself is packed for shipping in Toyotas dealer network supply chain, so it isn’t packed in a way to protect the corners etc on a general carrier like ups. Lots of damaged rads and now only a few online dealers will ship them because of this. You may have to go local for that.

This.

Yeah local dealers will be expensive but the whole ordeal will be done with.

Congrats on the 200!
Haha thanks! Probably not the most practical commuter for a 110 mile a day commute but I hit 2 deer in my LS and had to retire it haha.

How long do.i have? Hoping to wait until the next 25% off sale

I think they are running a 15% off sale now. I just did the JB weld patch and ordered the radiator and it was VERY reasonably priced, right at $300 after all deals.
