Today i had a treat, Rusty from South Carolina stopped by to lend a hand.
the extra hands came in handy getting the tub back on...

next we took the roll bar and prepped it for reinstalling.
first up running the speaker wires inside the roll bar, much nicer than zip tying to the outside. i had read about a technique for doing this in an old car mag decades ago but never bothered to try till today.
you drill the holes where you want the wire to run.
take thread and unravel the length you need and insert one end into the hole
take the air nossle and shoot a steady blast of air in and out comes the thread at the other end.
tie the thread to a string, feed it through, tie the string to the wire and pull it through.

done.

darn, that worked well.

next test install the speakers into the boxes and install the boxes to the roll bar

then time to test fit to tub one last time before the floor gets hippo lined...

the seat belt pivot was too snug so a spacer was made up to keep it barely loose.

the floor developes a bad case of acne...

I missed something...what's the hatch under the front floor pan for?
 
that is another storage box that is off being painted... once the carpet is down then the hatches are "hidden" from passing eyes.
 
Oh, that makes sense. I was thinking that's how you dispose of your beer and weed when you are pulled over. Not mine officer....I dunno how that got on the ground. Haha..I knew a guy in high school that did that through the rust holes in his floorboards.
