@arnak i have used something called Kilmat inside the doors of my 40 when I replaced the window regulators and installed the power windows. It took the hollow drum sound away and turned it into a nice dull thud. I am wondering (after searching Siless and a few others) what the differences are between some of them. Yours at 200 mil is really nice and thick mine is 50 mil. As you say..the stickum is really good. What are you going to cover it with in the rear and front?

I have this in my garage and it works great. I used this to attach the hand grip pulls to the top of the roof of my 40 and so many projects …. On the other hand, I don’t have the strength it takes to squeeze those handles together and there is a video on YouTube using a drill to run these rivnuts into position and it takes the brunt of the efforts needed from me to set them tight… some of the steel ones are really stiff
