Can someone suggest where to start to repair the leak.At first glance it appears as though I will have to pull the whole heater assembly apart .Is there a procedure or more simple answer.

I need a substitute for this part.

Hi mudders This morning I removed my PAIR system. I purchased the 1995 heater bypass hose but I forgot to get the gasket (see attached photo). Can the existing gasket be reused? If not does anyone have a P/N for a new gasket? Many thanks

Hello everyone, I am a newbie to the site. I have a 95 fzj80 and am needing to put a new front heater core in it. It started out slow but now my floor board is soaked on passenger side. My question is can I get a factory Toyota core or is their a reliable after market?

Heater core TU (tango uniform) and having trouble finding the core. Will heater cores from non-japanese 80's work in HDJ81? Any help on finding a heater core or info on an alternative solution would be appreciated. Thanks, Rich Boyle

heater box is good but it's missing some parts. Comes with a heater core of unknown quality, I never had water in it so do not know if it leaks. Vent tubes are in ok, but not great shape. $50 plus the ride for all.
