That is trans fluid. There are many places it can leak including two hoses and metal pipe that run in and out of radiator. Not an engine oil leak

Another side note, you should not be using traditional power steering fluid, you should have atf in there.

There are hardly any Land Cruisers on Oahu and so it is expected finding a Land Cruiser specialist would be difficult. Try contacting @Aloha Jen as she/they have a 60 series on Oahu.

I’m not near my 60 to measure. I will say it doesn’t open quite as wide as with the prop rod. The only issue I’ve had is it’s a tad tighter to squeeze your head in to adjust idle. No big deal at all.

Put them on my 60, eventually on the 75. I like them.

Replace your stock console with a Tuffy and fab up a mount. Here's mine. 67 Designs makes great mounts. This is just my phone mount but they make Ipad mounts as well.
