Thanks, went ahead messaged him. Wonder if anyone else has any recommendations.
I’m running Chris’s (@c2dfj45 ) product and no longer see my hood as a potential guillotine.
Put them on my 60, eventually on the 75. I like them.

Nice I think I remember seeing your post when I was looking around. Thats good to know it’s been holding up since you bought it. Now leaning on this but weighing my options. Thanks for the input!

For anyone wanting a high quality hood strut kit, this is it. We are going on probably our 8th year of making these. 100% made by hand in our shop.....we even do our own powdercoating on them. They fit ALL 70 series trucks.......RHD, LHD, Prado, etc. I think there was one truck that needed some clearance work on a 2nd battery mount or something to fit one of the struts when compressed. It's a super nice setup and really nice not to have a prop rod in your way
