Well. That job probably only took 10-15 evenings of work, but those evenings ended up spread over the last four months.

Finished the front knuckle rebuilds, put in new front calipers, pads, and soft brake lines (after discovering rebuilding the old calipers was more than I was game for), and replaced the steering rack and tie rods ends.

Took her down off the jack stands and went around the block - best feeling in the world!

Need to drain and refill front diff, re-bleed the brakes, and replace the steering damper (in the mail), and that'll be another project done.

First time out of the garage in 2026!

Love this and the fact that you're keeping it bone stock. I'm the OO of mine and it has about the same mileage. I also did a major service on mine myself years ago, including some of the things you have already down. Nothing more satisfying.
