Group buy-Fender extensions-interests? (1 Viewer)

I've been corresponding with mud member BURSABAJU regarding the 40 series fender extensions seen on his yellow 40 in this link: https://forum.ih8mud.com/chit-chat-section/393653-tlc-icon.html

There seemed to be some interest among the 40 owner membership for these, but shipping and such makes it cost prohibitive to send one set at a time.

Below is the breakdown he's given me with shipping, etc.

I'm not a vendor or a business.
There is NO PROFIT built into this on my part.

I just happen to live in a city that has a major shipping port, and the membership here was so responsive to our Search & Rescue Team's recent raffle here, that it's just my way of trying to do something for you guys.

Here's the breakdown:

6-sets:
1 Metres Cubic, the cost is USD 331.00. (consist of 6 pieces overfender sets)
The price of each overfender set is USD 120.00
Shipping cost of each overfender set is USD 55.20
Total calculation of each overfender set : USD 175.20

12 sets:
- 2 Metres Cubic, the cost is USD 442.00. (consist of 12 pieces overfender sets)
Total calculation of each overfender set : USD 156.84

18 sets:
- 3 Metres Cubic, the cost is USD 553.00. (consist of 18 pieces overfender sets)
Total calculation of each overfender set : USD 150.73

24 sets:
- 4 Metres Cubic, the cost is USD 664.00. (consist of 24 pieces overfender sets)
Total calculation of each overfender set : USD 147.67

Obviously the larger the order the cheaper the overall cost.

I'm just judging interest at the moment.

Please post your thoughts on the matter?

If there's enough interest, I'll handle the logistics for you and the only additional cost would be shipping from Tampa to your location.

No problem guys. Had a 40 years ago. Maybe one in the future.

I thought these were a great (and functional) addition to the function of the 40.

Happy to do it, just need to generate enough interest to keep the price down.

Could a mod possibly stick this for a few days to keep it in view?

one set is front and rear right .

can he post some more pics of the flares not mounted so i can see what they look like on the inside . what are they made of fiberglass? in this thread the front ones look like multiple pieces.

how many can he make at one time ? or are they all custom, individually hand made one off's

For one set, it is include 2 pieces front overfender and 2 pieces rear overfender.
The price for one set is Usd 120.00, exclude the shipping cost to United States.

And I also have the snorkel, if you are willing to buy.

Yes, it is include 2 pieces for front overfender and 2 pieces for rear overfender.
I also have the snorkel (safari snorkel), if you are willing to order too..
