Answer the question

Thank you, Mr. 'Pbgbottle'.

I will post some more pictures of the flare when they are not mounted.

They are two models.
One with the 'eyebrow' and the other one 'without' the eyebrow'.

And the price for both of them are the same.
I mean the same price, for USD 120.00 for one set, consist of 2 pieces for front overfender and 2 pieces for rear overfender.

For one day, I can make this overfender around 12 sets.
It made from fiberglass and all with the finishing black paint color.

For paint :
- There are two options, which you can choose to use the black original paint color from me.
And the other one, you can repaint the black color with the color of your vehicle.

But it will looks like better in black color.
Black always suit with other vehicle colors as well.
Black is a neutral color.

I made it custom, I made with the moulding that I made by myself.
I think it is a little handicraft skill, by hand.
Not by high technology machinery.

And I make sure that if you have the original Toyota Landcruiser FJ40, BJ40 or else which fender is still standard...these set of overfender will suit well on your vehicle.

Just drill and put/tighten the screw inside.

In other way, if your vehicle is not standard anymore.
All you need to do is just to make a small cut by a handy machine like Makita Brand or Bosch Brand, just scrap the bottom.

I will also include the fiber material on this package, which you can apply on...if you think it needs to add the material on.

It is very easy, and I think a lot of body repair shop in United States can put this overfender to your vehicle.

Thank you.

Note:
Sorry of my poor English language.
But I hope you can understand what I have explained above.

Your "English" is just fine and I think you make your point(s) very well.

Ok guys, so it appears they're $120.00 (USD) for all four (2 front & 2 rear).
Theyr're mounted to the body by screws/bolts, are hand made and custom orders are apparently not an issue (just send him the template).

Any other questions?

If not, here's what we'd need to do (IMO) to make this happen:

1) Get a total order count with deposit (we can place it in an account or I'll hold, whichever you're more comfortable with?)
2) Ask Bursabaju to begin fulfilling the orders.
3) When ready to ship, I'll work out the logistics to ensure everyones safeguarded, Bursa is paid and the product is safely in the states (Bursa-can we get insurance on the shipment in case the freakin' boat sinks or some crap?)
4) I will pick up the shipment at the Port of Tampa and...
5) Arrange shipping to those who have ordered and pre-paid. (That is the ONLY cost I'm aware of that's not covered. It would vary of course from location to location from the Port of Tampa).

Sound like a plan? Any other suggestions? Am I missing anything?

If not, let's get a head count please.

Thanks again.

And thank you Bursa for making your product available to the US market at such a reasonable cost.

I'm interested..

Wondering about the exact fit.. but sounds like it's do-able!

Does it make sense to ship to Tampa for people on West Coast?
Or, is there perhaps enough interest for a West and East coast
order? I know nothing about this kind of shipping.

I have no idea:meh:

I just saw the extensions, thought they looked great, saw some interest by fellow mudders and a guy in Indonesia that would need help getting them here, and threw up the thread:D

Hell, I can't even order a set...I've got a 62:frown:

As it stands here, we have interest from the South all the way to thge west and and B.C.

I'm in Tampa, it's a major shipping port and thought eh, WTH?

It might be worth asking the west coast folks if they're interested, splitting it up into regions and doing it that way to save US shipping costs.

Although, the larger the order, the less the cost (to a point of course).

Whatever you guys want to do is fine with me.
Unlike the gov't, I'm just trying to K.I.S.S.

Thanks for stepping up and doing this!

I'm in no hurry.. I can wait on them from Indonesia to Tampa to here.
(BTW, I'm at 90740 zip)

Why won't this work on your '62?

Mine is a 1971, but it's been parted together with pieces from everywhere.. so it's possible that my fenders may have come from somewhere else. Should I be worried about fit?

Again, thanks!

Think he meant fj62

Is that fiberglass going to be durable or will it shatter when encountering a little brush? I like them but I don't. Like to see one up close and personal.

I am sorry, I don't understand :
- Will it shatter when encountering a little brush?

Perhaps someone can give me more explanation to understand the sentences.

So I can understand clearly the question that given by Mr. 'myquestoyota'

Thank you.

I meant and FJ62, not a 1962:o

Forgot where I was for a moment:lol:

 yep...my mistake. Should have clairfied.

I think what he's referring to, is the material they're made from.

If its a hard/stiff or rigid plastic, like the ABS plastic (I think that's what it's called?) flares you see on some of the newer trucks, it'll break on impact:frown:

If it's sa more pliable, soft, giving material (like a semi hard rubber compound-think heavy truck tire casing) it should have some give to it and will flex and rebound on minor impacts.

At least that was my take on his comment:cheers:

yes, that's exactly what I meant. highway use for good looks and rock/chip protection or suitable for off road use?

Answer Question

I do understand now..

1. The material is made from fiber material, resin.
2. It is durable, strong.
3. And it is not soft, it is not like semi hard rubber compound.
4. For paint, I made it with Dupont brand for paint material. And it should be a black color.

When you wash or brush this overfender, it will not peel out like an apple.

The most important thing for me :
1. These overfender will give the looks for your vehicle..looks more expensive (higher value or prices from your vehicle), wider fender.
2. It will looks like a body builder person, give more muscles looks on your vehicle. Looks more beautiful if you use large tires such as 33, 35 size.
3. Eyecathing style..

Thank you.
I hope this answer can meet your question, Mr. 'myquestoyota'

Answer Question

Hmmm...I think it is also suit for highway use and off road use.
The overfender set, I think it will improve the looks (stronger, more muscle, cleaner) of your vehicle..
And it does not a matter whether you use it for highway or off-road.

Maybe I speak wrong language...on "it does not a matter whether you use it for highway or off road."

I hope you can understand my point(s).

I like these, my primary use would be to get my truck back to legal status (I have the front fenders cut and would need new ones.

thing is, with the trails I run and my driving style, I would worry about damaging them.

I am in for a set

fender extensions

Count me in as well. Steve
