In the process of troubleshooting, found that my last chance fuel filter was pretty clean. But what the heck is this in my frame? Some kind of supplemental fuel pump?

Great day, today.

Got my valve seals from McGeorge Toyota, and they were definitely better product than the Mahle.

Got them all installed and will finish installing the rockers and cleaning the fouled plugs and will run it tomorrow. Here's hoping it's a fix

Next up is to rebuild the washer nozzle I broke installing the stem seal on #6 and to rebuild the front axle.

Ordered a generic, non-OEM windshield washer spray nozzle replacement.
The OEM one won't work? Not sure what years this fits.

Is that electric pump getting power, and flowing constantly? Otherwise, that might be part of your problem...
No idea, but cleaning the plugs and installing the stem seals appears to have fixed my problem. At my convenience, I'll check for power and flow.

This appears to be the correct one, but all the web sites I've tried those were discontinued. I've ordered this one, but we'll see if TPD just cancels it like the last part.

Yeah @PabloCruise , stop being so pushy. He’ll check at his convenience, not yours!
Alright. Yuck it up over there. ;)

What I meant is that whatever the state of this pump, it isn't the cause of my current problem, though idle curiousity makes me want to figure out what, if anything, it is doing to fuel flow.

After four years of ownership, I'm finally really digging into what makes this rig tick. Which is the opposite I did with my '96 80 series.

I never had the opportunity to do a true base line on Zeke, and am playing catch up right now, since I have time and some money to do so.

Welp, another day another order cancelled from Toyota Parts Deal.

Truly the tits on a boarhog of the Toyota Parts world, as they've failed to come through on 100% of the parts I've attempted to order from them.

Off to the good folks in the McGeorge Toyota Parts Department again....

That white stuff just ain't right!! I'm hauling the pig to Grand Junction first thing in am to body shop. Racing to get home with gooseneck before it starts snowing again. 16-18 inches expected within next 3 days. I'm done!

Thanks for heads up on Toyota parts deal, never used them but I have seen this Mcgeorge toyota before so good to know a source!

Pulled pork is a sad thing...

Great news! I found out why most windshield washer nozzles come as part of a kit.

The hose and fittings were so brittle they disintegrated when I touched them.

I ended up buying the Trico 11-102 spray washer kit as recommended in this thread.

If it's good enough for @J Mack it's good enough for me.
