Well thanks for not really helping. How bout you pull one out and send me a photo of it in some calipers? ;)
@cps432, is your front clip off? Could repay the favor?
It's defiantly off! When I get home I can measure that for you. If you haven't already... I realize I'm days late on this reply.

I found some grommets close... not OEM, (shame on me!) and once I get them fit in, they need a slight trim. I’ll see where the old screws are and I’ll match them then. I think I have literally one or two out of 8 screws that are stock but rusty as heck. IF you think of it snap me a shot. Thread won’t matter, mostly just length.

What dimensions are the oil pan bolts? I'm gonna replace all of mine too.

8x1.25. They’re just under 1”. I bought them at Ace for maybe .80 cents each opposed to oem at $1.08 each. Picked up a package of washers (kid tossed in enough for all 22 screws) at Advance. The difference in the Ace is the heads are 13mm not 12mm.

All mine old screws except something like 5 had rounded out threads. Totally useless.

Nice to see it coming together, Yota. 6 weeks till Fall Gathering. We want to see you and Bad Ass there and tearing up the trails.

Hey G, thanks. Doubtful I’ll be tearing up any trails. This wench might park if I go. I’ve gone through too much to screw it up and those trails are by no means bunny slopes for my little 30” tires.

Eh I’d have to run 1/2” spacers so my new TRE dust boots wouldn’t get eaten up. I’ve offered them up to the local welder seeing as he’s given me metal for free.

You are killing the purists by using 13mm.

I am not a purist, and thus a 13mm wrench is part of my travel toolkit.

I’m good for my 22 Ace Hardware 13mm bolts for $20. Screw the purists. I strive to not fit in, have none of you figured that out yet?

That is a great jackalope! Looks like he was a mean bastard too!
Not mine but fitting for the post. The welder who is helping me out is the manager of the shop. The owner was an old guy that semi recently died. This is some of the weird stuff in the shop.

Someone should grab that for their avatar.

I was just reading someone’s post about installing their window and s*** not lining up. Reminded me of yours. Did you ever get that sorted out? Sorry I’m not trying to find the old post! :)

Jim @CenTXFJ60 sent me a used regulator and channel. Fing thing looks brand new! I’ve yet to install it but I have zero worries.

Went back to a hiking spot near my house and me and my son gathered up a totally awesome snake skeleton.

I followed a Tacoma in and laughed as I responded to ‘you here to skydive?’ ‘Yup and I followed a Toyota in so I know I’ll be okay!’
And I was other than almost losing my glasses at 14,000 feet!
Hilarious wardrobe malfunction w/ my glasses and the goggles they gave me to wear. And oh my oh, the wrinkly skin! Ack! So much fun!
