Well runs but won’t roll. Clutch possibly not disengaging fully, stuck to flywheel, etc... messed around w/ it for awhile w/ help from a few fav mudders. My slave and master were new in late spring ‘17. Doesn’t seem possibly they are bad but truck did sit for many months in the open air, weather.

Working 7-3 Fri thru Sun. Will pluck away and see what reveals.

All in all, happy as a clam. ;)
And slightly irritated and bummed.

Non x-rated version. Sorry guys... realized my other video might have been a bit much other than genuine excitement.

Well it took reaching out to one last person for me to look through my pixs.... as soon as I saw it, plain as the nose on my face.

I’m officially in the club. Doesn’t that just stink.

You can’t get mad at that one. You just gotta laugh!

It's been said before, but bears repeating, "The only sure way to not make a mistake is to not do anything".
I have done the "double tranny install " on two different occasions. Don't beat yourself up, just keep moving forward like you always do.

I wanted to take a personal day and bang the swap out but my work is crazy right now. Place is dying for cash flow in as we had so many deaths... they are now filling rooms w/ admissions and begging for extra staff. My coworkers would hate me if I didn’t come in. I hate to do that so I’ll prep what I can after work today and tomorrow and get it ready to switch on Mon. Weather is supposed to be in 60’s plus till Wed.

So annoyed at myself but it’s my own fault for moving to fast. Always that bites me. Lessons!

Good news is the transmission can stay on the stand. You just need to push it back a foot or so.

A FOOT?! I hope not. Hoping to go maybe 4-5” w/ the use of some guide pins I’ll make from the bolts I used for holding the engine to the stand, pull the cover, flip the disc and reinstall.
