they are getting to be Unobtanium :( upholstery shop broke mine taking it to putt in new head liner several weeks ago; drew a blank with Safelite and Fuyao..... same zero :bang: ended up getting one from Cruiser Corps. PAINFULLY pricey :cry: but either that or no windshield; hopefully some less pricey source might come up as WE ALL will sooner or later have one break :cry:
 
That's good to know. I hope we find a place so a guy could get one while traveling on the road. Cruiser Corps must be getting their's from a source, but if you need one, you need. 🤷‍♂️

Well, I got very lucky, I reached out to a local guy who I was communicating with over other parts and said oh by the way... well he had one in his basement, and while not dirt cheap, with the exchange and shipping, was almost half the corps price. He also threw in 2 cargo windows, dont need, but reassuring to have as i pull mine today for paint prep. Thanks all,

I just had this windshield installed in the Chicago area today by Gerber Collision and Glass (glass company they used was Glass America) I was shocked they could get windshield. Luckily I bought a gasket a year and a half ago from Slocruisers because the guy showed up without a gasket. Price was unbelievable @ $251 + my gasket cost.

Hey Brianman22,

Could you take a picture of the tinting or maybe describe it. I wonder if all new glass is the same tint, mine is a greenish tint.

reflectors, tailgate gears, tailgate handles, now we are hoarding windshields! whats next? too bad the market for each of these items is so small, could make some money on futures!

happy with my oem windshields in storage, but I'm not restoring, if someone is, and wants to swap, contact me
