In 65 years whenever I picked up my outdoor hose sprawled out in the sun, that few 100’ of hot water was was usually too hot to spray on my skin. I usually used that first minute of water to spray something clean ….

It is just 6 foot long x 4" abs pipe with a schrader valve and a hose bib and fill cap , it hold 4.25 gallons , about 20 psi is perfect, it can get very hot , also handy to clean dish
I guess I should clarify: I know how those work, but how did yours, in particular, work for you on your trip?

Also, that cabin 😍

Successful drive down to Long Island to visit and work on my mother’s house … since dad’s been gone things have been adding up … so loaded up the cruiser and 200 miles later … handy man is here to the rescue!

The usual sightseeing in lower Maine … Perkins cove not too far from where I stay is the first two pics… next is Nubble Light and last two are the President Bush compound in Kennebunkport … he was there as well … you know when he’s there because they fly the American flag … when he’s not they don’t

I was able to get Uma up and running and was able to do the fine tuning done while at SAS 10 and although I didn't get to do the trails that I wanted to drive. I did get to ride along to do Engineer pass. Although I did get to drive Perphyry gulch and she did exceptionally well with the new engine.

My daughter has been the cruiser photojournalist on this trip :meh:
