put a used rubber seal under the windshield , mine was flat and this one was better.
and today a made a driver seat extender..............SOME MUCH MORE!!!!!!!!!!! leg room, wish i would done this the day i bought it.,

I drove mine out of the garage under it's own power

I picked up some sweet seats and spent the weekend fabricating and installing. They were leather and electric so I'll be riding in comfort.

After the seats got installed and wired I was able to install the parking brake and connect the rear driveline.

I spent forever bleeding brakes but still have no pedal, but I wasn't going to let that keep me from starting it and seeing if it will go forward and backward under it's own power. I was excited.... no exhaust system so it was a bit loud but it rolled out of the garage under it's own power... first time since I've owned it (14 months).

Not for sure but I think they came from Dodge Intrepid R/T. I picked them up on Craigslist.

hubby drove it into a wall this morning at the truck storage lot

took out a corner of a cinder block :hillbilly: - the 4+ plus bumper had no scratches :bounce:

It worked a little :hillbilly:

Beat his a$$ and take his rig!:D

Sorry Michael - not sure why as it works for me

Anyhow, I fitted the new speedo cable last night and then this morning on my way to work, Olive clocked over the 5000km mark !

A little storage

With the cost of the paint job I am getting could not spring for a tuffy at the mo so put in an ammo can and the wife sewed up a bit of the softop canvas .....a piece of fairly stiff foam inside and it is comfy! (see her below in her multi color glory for the last time!)

also a little pouch for the heater and one for the door just to tuck things into====works without drilling new holes for stuff

mounted the ammo can on an old tire carrier:hillbilly: Works for me and it dont need to be all that pretty as my 40 is pretty basic inside

started mounting the CB===interrupted for the paint job, cant wait to see it!

That is a pretty cool idea for the ammo can.
Ya know though...Smittybuilt has a decent center console for 130 bucks that is SIMILAR to the tuffy. Summit racing has them.
Just a thought.
I cant afford the tuffy, and Im not sure its worth the extra anyway, so that is the route Ill be taking.

smittybuilt

Well mine was built by smitty instead of the other way round but it looks like it would do the job.....like to have that cupholder

they show that it will hold a 6 pack :lol::lol:

New aluminum radiator et al.

Got an aluminum Champion 3 core radiator installed along with new hoses, belt, and the timing cover gasket and seal. I added some fresh red paint to make it look nicer.
