Yup, you are correct. It is currently on the inlet. Not through any purposeful action but because I was just too excited when I was assembling to think it through. Thank you for your eagle eyed observation.

Tired of my doors flinging open. I dug out the original doorstop from the parts box - and made a second so now my doors behave. Other than that, been working on my expo trailer mostly.

I found the e-brake flange I thought I had lost, installed that and a rear drive line as well as a new slave cylinder, And drove the cruiser for the first time since purchase 2 years ago!

New brakes (m/c, wheel cylinders, pads, shoes) and cooling system gone through. Biggest change is mounted up my new stock wheels and new tires. Woohoo!

started my motorcraft 2150 carb switch.. pulled off a perfectly good aisin to
see how the MC does, should be running today or tomarrow

I made it blow a front inner axle seal (in fairness, that seal was damaged when I broke the short-side birf at Cruise Moab this year - I have been riding on borrowed time, until now - birf soup will be attended to today

Got my Aussie locker installed and changed the engine oil.

Having some body work done between Christmas and New Years (and a week or so after) while out of town working. My daily driver should be a bit less drafty when I need to go back to work again.

Also got a heater re-build kit from a fellow MUDDer that will go in when I get back.

Re-wiring my 71 restoration project. Was able to get the turn signals and hazards to work with the one flasher, and got the wipers working on both speeds.

Sounds small to some, but it was quite a big deal to me...

Hi All:

Started the GM 4.3L TBI (Throttle Body Injection) to 2F swap yesterday (Saturday.)

Installed the O2 sensor bung to the header, and started to route the wiring harness.

Re-soldered my ammeter after I fried it with too many Christmas lights. Did the '67 come with a fusible link inline upstream of the fuseblock? Anyone have any ideas on protecting the electrical system?

Today I reattached the inlet/ outlet manifolds...hooray...but it is 41'C/ 105.8'F so the tools are getting too hot to touch....need to put some shade up.
