Front brakes were pulsing badly. Ditched the PO's Oreilly rotors and pads and went back to OE.

While I was in there, I switched from 35s on 20s to 33s on 18s. Long term will go back to 35s (285/75R18 G003s), moved to 18s for more sidewall. If someone wants the toyos and lexus 20s, they're passively for sale.

hand slipped and I ordered a set of 3.0 ICONS.... hopefully not a major mistake, but I thought I'd try something less reliable than the KINGS 😂

Someone did some mall crawling and some very last minute shopping , and I heard they enjoyed flipping switches and how effortless their new tires did …. Don’t worry many lesser vehicles started the parking trend hours before this spot was taken

Baxter recommends the Mobil M1-209 or Wix 51516, do those not clear the skid plate? I’ve long considered buying the Baxter adapter but am concerned about clearance between one of those recommended filter sizes and my aftermarket skid plate.
I have the 209 as well but when I went to test fit it. I didn't like how much wider the Baxter adapter was (almost 1/2“ gap all the way around). The 204 was the same diameter as the Baxter and a little shorter so I went with that temporarily since I'm installing the E&E Skids this week. If the 209 clears the skid I'll go with that next oil change.

That’s a tiny filter. Does the M1-209 work?
It looks tiny but it's as wide as the Baxter adapter and just a bit shorter than the 209.

Definitely on my to-do list too. My front and rear bumper plastics are very beat up and i can't decide on an off-road bumper (plus I don't like spending money).

Nice! I trimmed mine up last summer. Thought about adding some tube there to follow the trim line but haven't pulled the trigger yet. View attachment 3517360
Yeah, tube below trimmed bumpers always seemed required to me since what was something that would maybe drag but mostly slide over things before has now turned into an edge that can catch and rip stuff off..

Finally took the plunge and trimmed the rear bumper. Not perfect but happy for now. The end game is a “slider” under the rear bumper edge so it will be trimmed further in the future.

It looks like the 1 remaining E&E Offroad rear bumper (mostly just a skid) is 50% off right now, I'm assuming some sort of Christmas sale. Worth considering.

I think I beat this post by about 1 min… I will be attempting to fit it to a AHC equipped vehicle.. so it’s possible it won’t work out…

O man. Let us know how it works out!

I've been staring at the sale and it's just so good for such high quality piece of kit. Just haven't ben able to commit to a project like this at the moment.
