Is there a way to turn off the caution screen at start up?!
Would love to do this too. I actually asked if it was possible to do this while it was still on the dealer's lot. That's how much I hate it. Sales guy walked me over to the shop and the techs actually tried to use Techstream, while I watched, to turn it off and said they couldn't. Sales guy said they get asked this a lot.

I have not gone through a lot of the settings or available adjustments. I was doing this from my desktop pc with a 50ft USB cable, out a second story window, then to the truck. I am tracking down a laptop that I will dedicate specifically for this program.
Also interested in how you access this
You will need TechStream and the proper dongle to link up to the truck's OBD port. I stumbled across a thread in the 100 Series forum that got me started (I'll see if I can find it). All of the files needed can be found on the VXDiag website.

Project of the morning.
I wanted to find out if I could design a slimmer cover for my smart key and then print it.

I deliberately left out the key and a flap to keep it as slim as possible.
The first test in PLA went well and next it will be printed in PET-CF.

Bit of measuring, CAD two test prints and I had two hours later some kinda final design.
Still some small details to fix but so far I am happy with.

What do you plan to do with the mechanical key?

Rolled past another mini milestone heading out for a MTB ride today. 08 still rolling strong.

After over two years of collecting dust, I finally drove my new 200 Series HE 😎

2 forward speeds (turtle & hare), 2 reverse speeds. Music, lights, horn, and remote control! I hate to mile this thing up but it's fast and has tons of torque. Can't wait to get it off road.

Hate to ask but what is the largest tire I can fit?

Hard to get a sense of scale, but it looks like a 110/25-R12 load range EEE running 120psi might not rub. Rough ride, though.

we are neck and neck

450 miles behind you

At my current rate (20200 miles in 35 months), It will be 37 more years until I get to that odometer reading. Which would put me at 107 years old, so I'll probably be driving even less per year by then... o_O

Fresh oil/filter. Normally not a big deal but first full 5k miles since the engine swap and several smaller OCI’s. All looked good and the fleet’s driveshafts got grease at the same time.
