Did an oil change this morning, added the fumoto drain valve. Then this afternoon, I changed out both plastic tee's and all hoses in the heating system. Both tee's broke while removing, glad I did it now.

Just saw your rig in the photos thread.. She's bad. Nice find and congrats.

As far as heater tees do you think it's time or mileage that requires replacement?

No consensus on this yet, but I think it is a combination of both... Age and Heat.
For as cheap and easy as they are to replace, it is worth replacing them simply for piece of mind. They are next on my list with my fumoto valve.

To be honest I'm not sure. After replacing them and seeing how quickly one of them broke, I would do it sooner than 138000 miles. When the timing belt is due again, I will re do them again. It's an easy preventative maintenance repair. A lot more info on this in the sticky thread 100 series faq's.

Gutted the OEM Nakamichi stereo replacing with a Pioneer AVIC-7100NEX, JL Audio 6.5 Components (F/R), 5 Channel Amplifier, and 12 inch Kicker subwoofer.

The results are honestly astonishing and it is amazing how different the appearance of the interior is sans a tape deck staring at you. Truly awesome to have hands free and Apple CarPlay is a joy to use.

Tighten the throttle cable a little, forgot to get these readings before it.
Quick questions?
What rpm should engine be when is warmed out and in N?
What rpm should engine be when driving and stop at stop light when in D?

@ntsaint - if you get a chance, would you shoot a pick down the side, from back to front - I'd love see how the spacers effected the stance/look. Thanks. The truck looks &$*@ing awesome.

why were they so bad?
They suck. Some came loose and I had to bang on the dash to get the one to light up. The way they tightened when you turn them is weak, they don't feel seated tightly. When I took them out they were so loose I barely had to try to turn them. Was a matter of time before they lost connection and/or fell out. Some were way too dim. SOme didn't fit right and I had to use silicone to hold them in. Im not an idiot either, I wasn't using the wrong size, in places, these just suck. Im using my factory bulbs again but I peeled off the green and blue rubber to brighten it up. Looks good now. Hope others have better luck.

Thx man.

Here you go. Lots of black but if you look close you can get the idea.

Damn it Andy... Now I think I have to have the spacers. That really squares of the stance. Can you feel it at all in corners - is the wider stance noticeable... or is it more like adding a cold air intake "I think it's faster... it feels more responsive".

Can't tell you how much better it LOOKS than before. Changed the look entirely, and for the better.

As far as handling goes, i'm trying to make sure I'm not imagining things, but it feels more stable on the road. Corners especially.
