20 on the front because I just had them done and forgot to add that to my post. The rest was limo from what the guy at the tint place told me. Honestly it’s really freaking dark in the back seat but I wasn’t about to redo it! It’s a beautiful car, 1 owner California ride. Not a speck of rust garage kept. Drove it all the way to Houston in 2 days on a prayer and motivation. Will look similar to this with LX570 wheels when done but much better tires on mine.

Now that is a fast reply! Thanks for the info on the tint, bro. I bet that is like a cave inside of a cow, as my grandad would say.

I’m thinking of just doing a 10-15% all the way around. Mine has the ‘bronze’ tint on all but the front windows, so i’m trying to keep that, but darken up a bit.

Maybe we meet for a beer.. after all, Houston is just 100 miles away from Houston!

Anytime. Just let me know. I can talk these all day long

Got check engine for P0155 (bank 2 sensor 1). Kind of a pain in the ass to get to. I recommend just pulling the skid plate and going from the bottom. But I had the hardest time plugging the harness back together. The harness attached to the car doesn't have much slack and there ain't much room for my sausage fingers to get in there. Other than that, not too bad.

Replaced vacuum hoses and high idle hoses. IT RUNS BETTER! I have done fuel filter, coils, spark plugs but it really ran better after new hoses from power steering pump and vacuum lines. Old lines had splits on the end.
Do you have part numbers for all of the vacuum lines by chance?

Just dropped off a front bumper, skid plates, sliders, and a wheel at the powdercoater.

New to me 06’ LX 470 with 177,000 miles. Owned it 2 weeks and already had the 20 years of door dings PDR’d, timing belt replaced along with all the other recommended parts in that, picked up a set 13’ charcoal Lx 570 wheels and waiting on my Toyota RT Trail 295/55/20 tires to come in. OEM CV axles install this weekend, Yatour Bluetooth added to the cd input.

Good choice on those tires but I’m not sure on the 20’s. Hope you’ve thought it through.
I have RT Trails and would recommend them over any AT’s. Quieter than BFG’s I had on my ex 100.

Ha ha, I know but I got the LX 570 wheels for $180 for the set and they are in excellent shape. This was my 04’ I sold back in 2019 and I loved the look. The reality is the car is too nice of shape to run through the trails so she will just be a dressed up weekend commuter!

This is what I ordered off of Partsouq. I took brittle vacuum hoses and matched them at the parts store. I like oem but when it comes to some things, get what you can get. I studied the diagram and looked for oem for a few hours. Gave up and just got it done.

Front: Swapped the factory LX470 torsion bars for CruiserPatch 27 mm AHC bars and added the Ironman lower control arm reinforcement brackets.

Rear: Replaced the LC AHC springs with Slee 30 mm spacers for non-AHC LC springs, and installed Perry Parts extended bump stops.

Driving around tomorrow to let things settle and then adjusting AHC pressures.

Following up after dialing in the AHC.

21” from the middle of the hub to the bottom of the fender in the front and 22” in the rear.

Pressures are low without driver, passengers, dogs, or gear. Big Bend trip coming up and will take pressures again fully loaded and trailer hitched up. I have coil spring airbags as well if things get too heavy.

You're not alone, I needed my neighbors help. Not deal for big hands.

Thanks for this. Looking to do the same as I am going through and replacing pretty much all the hoses under the hood bit by bit.

Moved Dobinsons drawers from my 93 FZJ80 to the LX470. My wife isn’t thrilled about it, but I sold the 80 to a gentleman up in Denver and he wasn’t interested in the drawers. They are for sale in the classifieds if anyone is interested.

Also moved the RTT from my tundra to the LX. Heavy pig…

That's a beautiful truck. Nice to know there's another guy out there as obsessive as me.
