Ripped apart the glovebox this past weekend and re-sealed the gasket around the A/C box to fix the "HVAC drip" on the passenger side....man that was a tight squeeze! If you've done this job then you know...I just used some Toyota FIGP as recommended by others on here...no more drippy drip.

What's the trail called? and how did you figure out the route? Do you need to go into the entrance of the park to start the trail? or is it on the outskirts of the park?
It's inside the park (and I've found at least one "primitive trail" in each of the area's national parks we visited: Arches, Canyonlands, and Great Sand Dunes). They're shown on the park maps and at least at Great Sand Dunes, where we knew to ask, they had a trail conditions guide that was updated within the previous week that called out landmarks by mile and any places where the trail might be tricky. If you zoom into the park on google maps you'll see it as a lighter area than the paved road. [38°47'13.5"N 109°39'59.5"W - https://maps.app.goo.gl/DvGvGXJvNzfFjojf6 and zoom out]

My solution for a drivers door armrest. 😊

Installed a Cali Raised dual light bar using their Prinsu mount. Hooked it up to the Switch Pros 9100 by running a 3-conductor 14GA cable down the driver's side or the windshield. Nice to be able to select one color or the other; or both.

I kind of dig the flames coming out of the roof rack look. Amazing what can be done with a little propane. ;)

Bags in, truck is ready for the trek to the San Juans tomorrow morning :)

These things were awesome for the trip! Ran 15psi in each back for blacktop driving and it really improved the handling at speed, then dropped to 5psi for trail riding to get the flex which is did with no problems at all. Definitely should have done it sooner but happy they're in there now.

Just an old man who finally got a landcruiser, yeah 60 feels old and I have jumped in to a project that will probably take me to the finish line even though it already has 280k on the clock. It's a one owner 2005 4.7L. I am not very good with tech and prefer hand tools over the keyboard but thought I'd mention how I got here.
I am another newbie who was looking for the right side quarter panel wheel well liner. I now know there never was one.....but I think I may have found a solution. My 2004 ford explorer is still here so I looked and sure enough there is a sheild on the passenger side since that's the side the gas filler is on. I pulled it out and a quick test fit in the rain looks like I can make it work. I will update if my hack works, I apologize in advance for mixing brands but I have old school autobidy experience from back in the awesome days of lacquer paints and primers so I learned to improvise and make things work. It seems as though I may be able to make the ford liner work in the 05 LC, if it is presentable I will see if I can post pictures for those who may be interested. Just a little outside the box thinking may be what you need.
Somehow I bet I put this introduction in the wrong place, oh well hopefully you get a laugh watching me fumble my way through life.
Ed, it my name not my condition
Funny, I am almost your age and just bought a 2004! I have removed my running boards and installed new hood shocks! ($21.00 Amazon)

Replaced the LF inner axle boot and left tie rod dust boot. Only had time for one quick photo when I took a break for lunch. I took the whole knuckle off because I like the added working space for not much extra time and effort.

Do you have a link for this? Can it be put on the passenger side as well?
service@primoworkz.com
….. their website is simply primoworkz.com. ( I’m very tech challenged)

I see no reason why it wouldn’t work on either side.

there is an entire thread on here about just that very thing.

I would like to explore doing this as well, but will probably just install a GROM V-Line bluetooth adapter.

Yea I’be been teetering on GROM, also I saw somewhere on a thread or maybe online (a while back) that there is an upgraded/updated LCD touch screen that you can buy to swap out original…

Where do you get these?
I don't know if it's the same program, but this is a link I found that's supposedly to the same Toyota program... maybe the direct email method is better if it results in the accompanying swag...
