I finally finished anodizing and lasering the rear badges for some mud members--completed for no charge. They are aluminum (1/4" thick), hand cut, shaped, sanded, clear coated and the laser did the rest. I had a lot of fun getting these done. Those four of you who asked for one, thanks you, pm me your address and I'll ship them.
Any thoughts on what any of you would do differently in the future?

Well, at first I was a little nervous it might be @landcrshr wrapped up in there....it was human size and kinda heavy.....

But it wasn't. Got me a new front bumper!

I love it....but the way my husband was staring and smiling at it, I am pretty sure he got it as much for him as a Christmas gift for me! I don't care, it looks awesome and will be a great improvement to the stock bumper.

Hard to say. I've lost 40+ pounds and now 180 so I've gone from XL fitting snug to L fitting snug.

Wow, epic, school me in what you are actually in the middle of with all of those parts lying on the ground... Good luck dude!

Balancer came loose, flogged out keyway on crank, causing damage to front seal hence oil leak, so replacing crank, all seals & bearings and balancer. Turbo developed shaft play too, so Gturbo going on while everything is apart

Pity you don't have any skippies to test it out on. They are a solid bit of gear, got on on my hilux, smacked a few roos and a cow with it and it's completely undamaged

Thank you for the kind words, I really wanted to make a few of these chingaderas and give them away--there's a lot of good people here (99.95%) and I learn a lot--I'm not a vendor and don't really want to be a vendor--these are fairly time consuming to make and anodizing is the way to go (they look even better in person). I'll have to think of taking a poll and seeing if there's a group buy, maybe I'll do a kickstarter for ih8mud, hahaha. I've received a lot of PM's.

I'll let you know if I'm going to do more, I'll let everyone know, hhaa. Thank you sir for the inquiry.

Understandable if you don't want to become a vendor, but then again everyones time is worth something. I feel ya on wanting to give back to the mud community but you shouldn't pull it out of your pocket. Count me in as a person that would certainly be interested in one of these....if you decide to make some more.
