Was able to go camping. Took my popup. Round trip I drove 6 hours. Only issue is my trailer brakes stopped working. The hydroboost setup I just installed really was impressive as I could barely tell the trailer brakes were dead. Still not a practice I want to make a habit of. I definitely had more power up the mountain passes with the electric fans vs the bad clutch fan.

Techniclly not the "weekend" but I kind of get a weekend during the week with my work schedule so more camping.

I agree, but man they are useful… I prefer to keep the trash and dog outside the vehicle and have used for firewood many times.

Does the Yodateq window just sit inside the window rubber? Does this mean that there is no aluminum frame to mess with?

Yes, it sits inside the gasket just like the factory 1-piece windows. WAY cleaner, and no dealing with that janky aluminum frame.

You get it plenty high enough. You can easily change 35s with the factory jack.

Ya, scratched my head on this one for a sec. Stock bottle jack, 3" lift and 35"s never was an issue to change a tire.

I haven't had to change a tire on the side of the road in a long time, so I haven't had to give the bottle jack a shot - even though that's my plan should it happen. Just a floor jack in the garage.

Do you guys run it as-is, or do you have one of the adapters like Land Cruiser Phil offers?

I've been keeping a small 4x4 cut in the back just in case I ever run into an issue where I need a little more reach. At some point might grab one of the adapters but haven't had a good enough reason to spend the $45 on it yet.

We had one of Phil’s adapters on factory 80 bottle jack during a trail repair a few weeks ago, very handy when on uneven ground and using both a hi lift and bottle jack etc. for axle positioning, I will definitely add one to my trail rig.

You're not the only one who feels this way. I have one and I love it when I'm camping but that crap comes off the minute I get home. It doesn't need to be back there if I'm not using it....said the guy who needs to take his RTT off

Snorkels make you cringe?...I never understood that. I mean they can look cheesy if they're the only thing on the vehicle but half the time I forget I have one. I guess I've just gotten used to seeing it.

these are standard issue here in AZ but I agree like you I only use mine when wheeling or to carry firewood.
